Why I'm running

I am running in Calgary-Buffalo because I'm a Calgarian who understands the needs of people living in the most dense and diverse urban riding in Alberta. Whether we’re young or old, born and bred Albertans, or recent immigrants, we want great health care, a strong economy, access to excellent education, and a government that spends wisely and respects the dollars we work hard to earn.

In the inner city, we want vibrancy on the streets and to feel safe at night. We see social issues in person, and are passionate about supporting our most vulnerable. We love the opportunity Alberta provides our children.

Every Calgarian connects in some way to this part of town. We live here. We work here. We create here. We skate here. We applaud here. We cheer here. If the city’s core thrives, the whole city thrives. If Calgary thrives, the province and country benefit.
