Why I’m running

I believe in the vision of our Leader, Jim Prentice and am proud to be part of the PC team. I will work to address your concerns and advocate for your priorities in: Education; Community Safety & Crime Prevention; Seniors Housing and Supports; Children and Families; and Supporting our Diverse Communities.

I am committed to reducing government spending, by making government more efficient. I’m a strong supporter of “wrap-around” services, like those being offered at the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre. This centre is an excellent example of how government, business, and local agencies can work together to provide better outcomes for children and their families while reducing the overlap of services, saving taxpayer dollars.

I am passionate about making government work at a local level to connect our communities with education, employment, health, and social services. I want to engage communities and all levels of government, as well as the business community to work together to build successful solutions to our community's needs.
